Low Sodium White Fused Alumina

Low Sodium White Fused Alumina

To enhance the bonding behavior of grains, TCA can undergo a surface modification through ceramic coating. This coating facilitates the creation of a ligament between the grains and resin. Simultaneously, the heat treatment applied during the process serves to modify the crystal structure, leading to an increase in the toughness of the grains. Chemical Composition (Grit 46): Particle Size Distribution: Available in F8–F1200, conforming to PSD standards according to FEPA standard 42 and GB/T 2481. Customization based on JIS, ANSI standards, or specific customer requirements is also provided.

Ceramic Coating

To enhance the bonding behavior of grains, WAF can undergo a surface modification through ceramic coating. This coating facilitates the creation of a ligament between grains and resin. Simultaneously, the heat treatment applied during the process serves to modify the crystal structure, resulting in increased toughness of the grains. As a result, the tool life experiences a remarkable improvement. We designate this product as "WACC."

White ceramic Coating

The standard ceramic coating of WACC utilizes Fe2 O3 as the primary layer. However, in applications where iron-free or color-free specifications are necessary, a white ceramic coating can be applied. This white coating layer is completely devoid of iron and exhibits a white color. The performance of this variant closely approaches that of the regular WACC. We designate this product as "WAZ."

Special Fusion and Treatment

For applications demanding exceptional quality, a specialized high-quality WA is essential. In this context, we meticulously select only flawless pure crystal ingots from specific positions within the furnace. Additionally, we subject the grains to a unique heat treatment process. This results in the emergence of the highest-quality WA within the entire WA series. We designate this product as "SWA."
